In November 2016 Altmann Roofing came out to inspect our flat roof for hail damage. Which there happened to be, so we had Altmann meet with our insurance company. After a few weeks of negotiating they got my new flat roof and 8 A/C units on roof totaling $290,000 approved by the insurance company. It ended up only costing the $5000 deductible I had on the policy. Rusty was very courteous and professional. Carefully explained the insurance scope of loss & claim process. My roof was completed quickly, I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It’s nice to have a family owned business I can really rely on.
I called Altmann Roofing to replace some metal wall coping on my family’s building. When presenting me with the estimate Rusty showed me the condition of my roof with some photos on his iPad. He provided me several options for replacing, overlaying or seal coating the roof. After discussing the options with the rest of the family we decided to go with the seal coat. I’m happy to say they promptly completed the job without disrupting any of the loading docks or causing delays to any of our shipments.
